This race is very tolerant and it isn´t problem, if Ragdoll lives with cats and dogs. Ragdolls are very peacefull, snuggling and intellingent cats. They learn living with „people family" very quickly. Ragdolls love retiever small balls, mauses and they follow you anywhere where you go. They love society and they like pets, but they don´t urge you. They are very curious and are interested in everything that happens around them. RAGDOLL BODY
HEAD Ragdolls head is middle size and has good develop theek and bulky chin. Nose is easy foldly. Big eyes are oval and always blue. Middle size ears have round peaks, are putted at lenght. On the head are far between and are easy bended forward. Medium hair , soft like a silk, is round the eyes and on the tail longer. Hair lies on the body and by the movement is opening , but it doesn´t stand, it is falling round the body. The hair fall out partial dutiny the summer.
It is standart three colour variants by Ragdoll (colourpoint, mitted, bicolour) and all variants are in the colour: seal, blue, chocolate, lilac, new colours are creme and red. COLOURPOINT

Ragdolls
with acromelanics embléme have
light body and darker colours on the ending body parts (mask, ears, legs,
tail). Chest is mostly fighter as the other part of body.
Ragdoll
can´t
be colourpoint with white stains. Mitted
(Barnabas) have creme body with dark ending body parts: it is different
of colourpoint- mitted have on the front legs white „sock“ and on
the back legs white „socks“ as far as heel. I tis desirable, when
there is white line from chin to the tail. Bicolour (Keira) is a most striking variant. It doesn´t exit any other race with these unique white stains in combination with colour points. It isn´t easy cultivate the bicolour cat with ideal stain. Ragdoll- bicolour has white chin, chest, belly and head. White stain in the form upside down „V“ is very important on the face. It is ideal, if the white stain begins on the forehead, walks across the eyes to the hind tail of chin. By the Ragdoll bicolour can be the white stain on back. Body is creme with darker colours on ending body tail- like by the other variants. Ragdolls kitten are born white. The stains on faces, ears, tail and legs appear later. |
One of expressive sign of Ragdoll
is a good
relationship to the people. This charakter has many advantages, but one
also disadvantages - Ragdoll doesn´t want to be alone. This race couldn´t
be with people, who are not all days at home. Ragdoll
has a very
close contact to the people and this couldn´t make up with the second
cat, but if you have the second cat, Ragdoll
doesn´t feel so
alone.
Ragdoll
is big and sinewy, but very elegant cat with long body, short bulky neek
and full, good standing chest. Back legs are heavier and heighter stand
then front legs. Legs are modele long with heavy bones and pads are big
and round with flocculuses hairs between fingers. Tail is good haired and his length is adequate to bodies lenght. The tom-cats weight
is about 7 kg and they are bulkier than cats.
